$1554/Month Studios Available In San Ramon

SAN RAMON, CA — Aspenwood Senior Apartments, 122 income-restricted senior apartment units at 900 Alcosta Boulevard, is anticipated to open in February and is accepting applications.

Applicants must be 62 or older, and make between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income. Unlike many new projects, 100% of the units are designated as affordable. See here for income limits and a pre-qualification questionnaire.

Studios ranging from 370 to 580 square feet are available for $1554 per month, and one-bedrooms ranging from 555 to 665 square feet are available for $1665 per month, according to the Aspenwood website. Priority is given to people who live and/or work in San Ramon, veterans, first responders, and public employees.

The city-funded project broke ground in September 2022. It is developed by Los Angeles -based Standard Communities.
