Bishop Ranch Reports Over $70M Worth Of Home Sales
New sales will begin this summer on a collection of townhomes and detached homes starting at $1.1 million.

SAN RAMON, CA — City Village, a collection of residences located in Bishop Ranch, has sold out its first two phases, according to builder SummerHill Homes. Since the first sales began in September, SummerHill Homes has sold more than $70 million worth of townhouses and detached homes.
Eighty percent of the inaugural 53 homeowners are first-time home buyers, many of whom previously rented in San Francisco, according to SummerHill. The remaining 20% are either empty nesters downsizing from nearby East Bay cities, or second-home buyers who frequently travel to the area.
This summer, City Village is preparing to release its third collection of homes, entitled The Rows. The Rows will consist of detached three-story row houses ranging from 1,977 to 2,445 square feet featuring three or four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a private two-car garage.
