SAN RAMON, CA — Bishop Ranch signed 15 new leases totaling over 254,000 square feet in the first half of 2025, according to the Sunset Development Corporation. Bishop Ranch also renewed 37 existing leases.

The 15 new leases totaled over 254,000 square feet, with an average lease length of seven years. This marks a large increase from the three to four-year lease averages seen between 2009 and 2023.

“This year, Bishop Ranch has seen more 10-year and longer lease commitments than in the past 20 years,” Andrea Reeder, senior vice president and director of leasing at Bishop Ranch, said in a statement. “Companies are not only choosing Bishop Ranch for their current needs, but for their future growth. As we see signs of optimism returning to the Bay Area market, companies are making strategic, long-term investments in office environments that support collaboration, community and culture.”
