Bishop Ranch Sees Record Number Of New Leases

SAN RAMON, CA — Bishop Ranch signed 15 new leases totaling over 254,000 square feet in the first half of 2025, according to the Sunset Development Corporation. Bishop Ranch also renewed 37 existing leases.

The 15 new leases totaled over 254,000 square feet, with an average lease length of seven years. This marks a large increase from the three to four-year lease averages seen between 2009 and 2023.

New leases include:

• Hill Physicians Medical Group: 71,831 square feet
• BMO: 29,628 square feet
• EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants: 22,526 square feet
• Summit Financial Group: 8,807 square feet
• DR Horton: 15,463 square feet
• Grid Dynamics Holdings: 10,861 square feet
• Anaplan: 10,407 square feet
• International Petroleum Products & Additives Company, Inc.: 7,272 square feet
• Alamo Health Management: 6705 square feet
• Sensiba: 6759 square feet
• William Hezmalhalch Architects: 5048 square feet
