City Hall Terms Presented Today
Terms and conditions of the project will be presented Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
A presentation at a City Council meeting will outline the terms and conditions for Sunset Development Company's design and construction of a 45,000-square-foot City Hall building on near Central Park this evening at 7 p.m.
The project, which features a 45,000-square-foot City Hall and renovated and expanded library, wouldn't put the city into debt--Sunset Development owes the city $7.3 million and would additionally purchase a $7.5 million parcel of city land, according to a Contra Costa Times article.
The regularly-scheduled council meeting will also get an update on the City Center project, which includes the construction of a shopping plaza district.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 7 p.m. at the Council Chambers at 2226 Camino Ramon in San Ramon.
