A simple question on Patch's Facebook page brought back a lot of memories of local businesses that are no longer open.
SAN RAMON, —San Ramon Patch asked our Facebook followers "If you could bring back one local business that closed in town (it doesn't matter how long ago), which would it be?"
The question got a lot of attention and brought on nostalgic feelings for many of our readers.
There was a handful of favorites listed but we saw a couple popular repeats.

Mudd's and Bobby McGee's topped the listed.
"Bobby McGee's!! That was a fun restaurant," one follower said.

Another answered "Mudds! 100%" to the question and a lot of people agreed.
Locals also miss Chevys and Chili's.
