At the beginning of the month, Patch reported on a handful of new businesses at Bishop Ranch. The most recent developments come as plans for new housing in the area are also in the works.

In February, Sunset Development announced the sale of a 31-acre parcel to SummerHill Homes. That project will build three neighborhoods offering 404 detached houses and townhomes.

“We’re just now starting to see an uptick in office leasing activity and foresee this momentum growing as these admired companies continue to prioritize the San Ramon Valley for its accessibility, affordability and growing supply of talent,” Mehran said.
