San Ramon Domestic Violence Vigil Planned Next Week
San Ramon Valley residents will "gather in peaceful solidarity to remember those who are not with us today," organizers said.

SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon residents are invited to a vigil Tuesday night in honor of National Domestic Violence Awareness month.
The vigil is hosted by Discovery Counseling Center, Rewire Community and PFLAG Danville-SRV and will include an open mic portion for anyone wishing to share their thoughts through poetry, song, movement, spoken word or other forms of expression, organizers said.
"We invite everyone to come to gather in peaceful solidarity to remember those who are not with us today, those who are seeking justice and peace, those who are yet to find their safety and freedom and all those working at the frontlines to support survivors and their families," organizers said.
