Senior Living Center Breaks Ground In Bishop Ranch

Belmont Village will be 175,320 square feet, feature 177 apartments, and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2024.

SAN RAMON, CA — Belmont Village Senior Living began construction of a 177-unit, 175,320 square-foot senior living complex in Bishop Ranch.

The community at 6151 Bollinger Canyon Road is expected to open in fall 2024. It will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The complex is set to feature a number of luxury amenities, including:

  • On-site physiotherapy

  • Screening room
  • Club lounge
  • Full-service salon and spa
  • Multiple dining areas
  • Putting green
  • Farm-to-table gardening areas

The complex will be Belmont Village’s fifth in the Bay Area and sixteenth in California.
