PG&E crews are repairing the pole, with dozens of nearby customers affected and full power restoration expected by midafternoon Tuesday.

Neighbors, preservationists weigh in on early plans for proposed development surrounding Carrillo Adobe (pressdemocrat.com) — Neighbors in east Santa Rosa are pushing back against early plans for a 162-unit townhome project around the historic Carrillo Adobe, arguing it’s too tall, dense, and threatening to the landmark site. At SF rally, dozens demand that animal rights activist Zoe Rosenberg be released from jail (localnewsmatters.org) — An animal rights activist convicted in a Petaluma farm trespass case is now serving a 90-day sentence at the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility in Santa Rosa. While protesters in San Francisco and other cities demand a pardon and raise health concerns due to her diabetes, local readers should know her incarceration and supervision are being carried out through Sonoma County authorities.
