SANTA MONICA, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 71-year-old man who was last seen in Santa Monica.The California Highway Patrol on Thursday issued a Silver Alert for Harold Rappleyea, who was last seen at around 6 p.m. July 24 near Olympic Drive and 4th Street.Rappleyea is described as a 6-foot-2-inch tall man weighing 200 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information about Rappleyea's whereabouts is asked to call 911.Anonymous tips can be submitted to <a href="http://lacrimestoppers.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Crime Stoppers online</a> or by calling 800-222-8477.
