Body Found at UCLA IDed as Santa Monica Man

The body of a man found at the base of Boelter Hall in the School of Engineering at UCLA was identified Wednesday by the coroner's office as 47-year-old Reynaldo Navarro Quitos of Santa Monica.

The cause of death was listed as a suicide, Lt. Fred Corral of the coroner's office.

Quitos was a library assistant at UCLA, according to the Huffington Post.

The body was reported to campus police at 4:17 p.m. on Tuesday, UCLA Director of Media Relations Phil Hampton said.
