Broken Gas Main Reported In Santa Monica Neighborhood

SANTA MONICA, CA — A broken gas main was reported in Santa Monica in the north of Montana neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, fire officials said.

The broken gas main was in the 400 block of 15th Street, near Carlyle Avenue, around 3:47 p.m., according to the Santa Monica Fire Department. The incident was cleared shortly before 5 p.m.

"Avoid the area, possible delays, hazards," fire officials said.
