It looks like Del Frisco's Grille on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica is on track for a summer opening.  A hiring fair is set for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 30 to June 2 at 1540 Second St., Suite 110 in Santa Monica, according to a company marketing director. About 150 positions, ranging from servers, hosts and hostesses, bartenders, dishwashers and bussers, are available.  The restaurant, which plans to put a modern twist on the classic bar and grill, will be located at 1551 Ocean Ave. in Santa Monica. Del Frisco's Grille has other locations in Manhattan, Washington DC, Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta and Houston. The restaurant could open as early as July.
