Judge OKs Lindsay Lohan's Transfer to Rehab in Malibu

The treatment is part of a a plea bargain in a case involving reckless driving and lying to police about a car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica.

Santa Monica and Los Angeles prosecutors have agreed that Lindsay Lohan can receive her court-ordered treatment in Malibu.

A judge approved the actress' transfer from the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage to Cliffside Malibu last Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The treatment is part of a a plea bargain in a case involving reckless driving and lying to police about a car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica.

Lohan was sentenced to a 90-day in-patient stay for allegedly lying to Santa Monica police, telling them her assistant was the driver behind a Porsche that rear-ended a dump truck.
