Santa Monica Man Takes 10th Place in Herbalife Triathlon LA
Jim Lunbinski, 35, completed last weekend's race in 2 hours, 4 minutes and 38 seconds.

A Pacific Palisades man was the first West Los Angeles area resident to cross the finish line of the Herbalife Triathlon LA Sunday, according to online race results.
Thirty-one-year-old Sean Jefferson took third place with a time of 1 hour, 54 minutes and 46 seconds, beating out Chris Foster, 31, of Redondo Beach by one second.
Kevin Everett, 38, of Boise ID, took first place in one hour, 52 minutes and 28 seconds. The first place woman was Radka Vodickova, 29, of the Czech Republic, in two hours, 3 minutes and seven seconds.
Thirty-five-year-old Jim Lunbinski of Santa Monica finished in 10th place with a time of 2 hours, 4 minutes and 38 seconds. Another 25 Santa Monica residents successfully completed the race.
Mary Missig, 31, was the first female competitor from Santa Monica to cross the finish line with a time of 2 hours, 15 minutes and 52 seconds.
