Another clothing outlet for young women and a high-end furniture gallery for children will be among the newest shops on the Third Street Promenade. Jeans maker Madewell, part of the J.Crew company, will open at 1349 Third Street Promenade, and one of the first Baby &amp; Child Restoration Hardware stores will open at the former Restoration Hardware at 1219 3rd Street Promenade. Neither store will be for the frugal shopper. Madewell's flannel shirts run about $80 and a kid-size dresser at Restoration Hardware will set mom back at least $650. The new retailers will be joined by new eateries. Yogurtland, Hummus Bar Express and a new fast food Asian joint are also slated to open soon on or very near to the promenade.
