Man Shot While Sleeping In His Car In Santa Monica, Police Say
Police are looking for two men suspected of shooting another man while he was sleeping in his car early Wednesday in Santa Monica.

SANTA MONICA, CA — Investigators Thursday were searching for two suspects involved in a shooting that left another man injured, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
A man reported that he was shot in the face during a possible carjacking near Ocean Avenue and Pacific Street at about 3 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
The victim said he was sleeping in his car when the two suspects walked up to his vehicle and demanded he give them the keys, police said. The suspects then shot the man and fled the area in a vehicle traveling in an unknown direction.

Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.
