Mini Fall Festival Coming To Virginia Avenue Park

SANTA MONICA, CA — Locals are invited to celebrate pumpkin season with the Mini Fall Festival, which is part of the Saturday Pico Farmers Market.

Visitors are invited to shop, create crafts, listen to stories, eat and pick out pumpkins from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Virigina Avenue Park, 2200 Virginia Ave., Santa Monica.

  • Shop for a unique glass pumpkin created by Santa Monica College’s Glass Department—each one-of-a-kind glass pumpkin is handblown by Santa Monica College students.
  • Participate in a seasonal craft workshop for children of all ages.
  • Santa Monica Public Library will host two storytelling sessions with children’s librarian, Vanessa:
    • 11 a.m. Storytime
    • 12 p.m. Bilingual Spanish and English storytime
  • Enjoy freshly prepared foods from the Pico Farmers Market food court.
  • Pick up a free pumpkin at the pumpkin giveaway, one per family, while supplies last.

The event is hosted by Virginia Avenue Park, Santa Monica Public Library, Santa Monica Farmers Market and Santa Monica College.
