The members-only restaurant 41 Ocean has a new chef after just two and a half months. Raphael Lunetta of JiRaffe in Santa Monica has taken over from executive chef Chris Crary, who came from Whist at the Viceroy Santa Monica, according to <a href="http://la.eater.com/archives/2013/04/08/raphael_lunetta_replaces_chris_crary_at_41_ocean_in_sm.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">L.A. Eater</a>. The website reported that Crary plans to take part in the upcoming Top Chef cruise. Lunetta is a <a href="http://www.jirafferestaurant.com/about-us/our-family" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Santa Monica native</a> and surfer. Max Russo and Jeremy Umland opened 41 Ocean in Santa Monica in January. Members pay yearly dues between $1,250 for the under-30 crowd and $2,000 for everyone else.
