Ocean Water Use Warning Issued For Waters Near Santa Monica Pier
Here's what you should know before swimming or surfing near the Santa Monica Pier.

SANTA MONICA, CA — An ocean water use warning was issued Tuesday night for waters near the Santa Monica Pier.
"The warning has been issued due to bacterial levels exceeding health standards when last tested," county health officials said.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health warned surfers and swimmers to be cautious before swimming in waters near the following areas:
