Instagrammable Tacotopia To Open In Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, CA — An "immersive, taco-centric Instagram playground" called Tacotopia is opening in Santa Monica this Thursday, May 23, according to the press release. Santa Monica's Azule Taqueria partnered with Tacotopia to bring more than thirty interactive art installations to a "tacotastic" amusement park, the press release.

The opening party at the exhibit takes place Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Take a photo sitting in the middle of a bowl of "guacamole," sit on a lime wedge swing or pray to a taco diety at the installation.

Tacotopia, presented by Cholula Hot Sauce, will be in Santa Monica until Sunday, July 7 for taco enthusaists to enjoy. Guests at the opening party will receive one Jarritos drink and one taco from Azule Taqueria. All Tacotopia ticket holders will receive one free taco at Azule Taquera while the exhibit is in town.
