As if the pork wasn't tempting enough, the chefs also announced that the whole pig and other preparations—including pulled pork, pork belly, spare ribs, and pig ears—will be served alongside Trashcan Punches from Mixologist Devon Espinosa of Pour Vous and Michel Dozois of Neve Ice, craft beer from Firestone Walker Brewing Co., Smog City Brewing and Haven Gastropub +Brewery, and espresso drinks from Handsome Coffee.
