For more than 25 years it has been serving guests at its location on Main Street between Ashland and Hill. Customers enjoy a selection of 14 fluffy, filling, three-egg omelettes served in an old-fashioned setting with antique décor.

The Omelette Parlor was one of 10 restaurants nominated by readers in last week's Patch poll, and was up against the likes of Milo & Olive, Izzy's, Back on the Beach, among others—but still won with 26 percent of the votes.

This place is amazing. Everything is so good. Nothing is too sweet and all their ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfect. I've been coming here since I was teensy weensy and now that I've moved away whenever I visit this is a must needed stop.
