Vincente A. Tellez was recently appointed to the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs for the Class of 2017. He reports for Basic Cadet Training June 27. He hopes to become a pilot and one day work for NASA. He is currently an AFROTC student at San Diego State University and also received appointments to the US Naval Academy and the US Coast Guard Academy. Vincente is a 2012 West Hills HS graduate.
