Man Stabbed To Death After Crash At East County Mobile Home Park
The driver of the vehicle was found unresponsive with a stab wound and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

EL CAJON, CA — A driver who crashed into a mobile home was stabbed to death in San Diego's East County, authorities said.
Officers responded to multiple reports of a fight at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday at a mobile home park at 244 Shady Lane in El Cajon, according to the El Cajon Police Department.
A 28-year-old resident of unincorporated El Cajon had crashed a vehicle into a mobile home, police said. He was found unresponsive with a stab wound and pronounced dead at the scene.

No one inside the mobile home was injured in the crash, police said.
Officers identified the suspect as a 26-year-old resident of the mobile home park, according to police. He had a minor head injury from the fight. He was treated and released at a hospital and detained for questioning by investigators.

The identities of the stabbing victim and the suspect were not released.
