Some drivers hit a really rough patch on State Route 67 through Santee Tuesday afternoon as a dump truck let loose a load of gravel and rocks onto the freeway, according to a report by San Diego News Video.
California Highway Patrol was dispatched at 1:40 p.m. and shut down all lanes of SR-67 to enable equipment to clean up the roadway.
San Diego News Video reported several vehicles pulled over after running over the debris and interviewed a driver who said his car was damaged as a result.
