Patch Boards: An Easy Way to Instantly Connect with Your Saratoga Neighbors

One of the new features on Patch is "Boards."

Located at the top center of the Saratoga Patch home page, the "Boards" enable you to make an announcement, speak your mind, or sell something.

On the "All Boards" page, you can check out the latest posts from your neighbors or Patch local editor Sheila Sanchez. You can also select a specific board, depending on what interests you:

• On the "Announcements" Board, you'll see posts like this one about a local fundraiser.

• The "Buy, Sell, Trade" Board works just like a newspaper classifieds section. It's a great way to find what you want locally, such as an electrician knowledgeable in electric vehicle charging stations.

• The "Business Updates" Board provides local shop owners with a chance to reach out to customers, telling them about specials or store hour changes, or job offers such as this for crossing guards.

• The "Speak Out" Board gives your voice a forum. Disagree with your neighbor? Don't just stew over it; write about it. You can also engage your neighbors -- like this resident did after a city council meeting.
