Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, June 14-19: Carrying Loaded Weapon in Public Place
A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for the period of June 14, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations
- Robert Lara, 59, of San Jose, 2:20 p.m. June 10, at Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- Rorick Lampreda, 25, of San Jose, 9 a.m. June 10, at Fruitvale Avenue and Montauk Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
Possession
- Bradley Moore, 51, of San Jose, 9:30 p.m. June 15, at Saratoga Sunnyvale Road and Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and felony possession of a saps and similar weapon and re-arrest for probation violation.
- Esau Kingsland, 33, a transient of Marina, 1:20 p.m. June 19, in Saratoga and Monterey County Jail, for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possesion of a controlled substance. Bail set at $75,000.
Carrying Loaded Firearm in Public Place
- Mario Andrade Martinez, 21, of Salinas, 1:25 p.m. June 19, in Saratoga and Monterey County Jail, for misdemeanor carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.
