Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, June 6-14: DUI, Battery, Domestic Violence

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for the period of June 6-14, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

  • John Calderon, 26, of Saratoga, 5:20 p.m. June 6 at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for DUI.
  • Morgan Webster, 18, of Saratoga, 12:20 a.m. June 14, at 20566 Verde Vista Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Possession

  • Jeffrey Lindahl, 25, of San Jose, 9:55 p.m. June 8, at Saratoga Sunnyvale Road and Brookwood Lane in Saratoga, for felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance.
  • Krystal Gaither, 32, of Saratoga, 3:15 a.m. June 11, at So. Bascom Avenue and Renova Drive in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance and re-arrest for probation violation.

Battery

  • Meital Hochberg, 38, of Santa Clara, 1 p.m. May 5, at 14000 Fruitvale Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor battery on the property of, or in a motor vehicle of, a public transportation provider.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Sepehr Ahmadi, 27, of San Jose, 1 a.m. March 12, at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Angel Bernabe, 37, of San Jose, 9:18 p.m. April 20, at Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Sheena Weiss, 26, of San Jose, 8:06 a.m. April 5, at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and using wireless telephone device while driving and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and having a suspended license.
  • Vinh To, 49, of Milpitas, 3:20 p.m. April 23, at Quito Road and Allendale Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and having no stop lights.
Domestic Violence

  • Mohsen Khaziri, 54, of Saratoga, 11:29 a.m. June 14, at 1601 So. De Anza Blvd. suite 148 in Cupertino, for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant. Bail set at $30,000.
