Property is not listed in the Multiple Listing Service, but is being privately marketed by its owners.
In this YouTube video made by well known local realtor Joe Parsons, he shows a magnificent $10 million property located at 13388 Surrey Lane, in Saratoga.
The 8,000-square-foot mansion can only be seen by prospective buyers by making an appointment with Parsons by 650-799-9010, or 650-279-8892.
Parsons tells the viewers the four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate is not listed in the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS, but is being marketed privately by its owners.
The chateau, however, appears at the top of the list on the AOL Real Estate website for Saratoga properties on the market.
It says the property includes a kitchen, a breakfast room, a family "great room," a family wing, guest suite on the main floor, media room and wine cellar.
Parsons said he represents high-net worth clients in the Bay Area.
