SCOTTS VALLEY, CA — A crash and a fallen tree blocked a portion of state Highway 17 in Santa Cruz County, the California Highway Patrol said Monday morning.
The affected lanes were near Granite Creek Drive in Scotts Valley, the CHP said on social media shortly after 6 a.m.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
