SCOTTS VALLEY - Scotts Valley Police are asking for the public's help in identifying this man.
Police say the suspect seen in these surveillance images used a credit card stolen in a recent Scotts Valley home burglary at an IHOP restaurant in Walnut Creek.
The surveillance images were captured on Friday, February 26 at about 8 a.m.
