Update: At-Risk Missing Person Found

has been located. 

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's office asked for the public's help in locating Smith, who was last seen March 18 before he was found. 

This is the second missing person search in Henry Cowell this month. Matthew Abraham, 20, disappeared from his Scotts Valley home last week after suffering a head injury while mountain biking. The search focused on Henry Cowell because Abraham had been talking about the park, but Abraham had actually boarded an eastbound bus. He was found safe at Salt Lake City Public Library on Friday.
