3 Injured In Sepulveda Pass Collision, Sig-Alert Cleared

SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Three people were hospitalized with injuries Monday morning after a multi-vehicle collision in Sherman Oaks.

None of the injuries were life-threatening, NBC Los Angeles reported. The collision prompted a Sig-Alert around 7:20 a.m. that was cleared by 9 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported just after 7 a.m. on the interstate 405 North, the San Diego Freeway, near Sepulveda Boulevard. The collision involved at least nine vehicles, NBC Los Angeles reported.

The multi-vehicle crash was just one of multiple collisions on the San Diego Freeway that caused slowdowns Monday morning. There was significant traffic in both directions on the San Diego Freeway near the Sepulveda pass and on Sepulveda Boulevard.
