Will Mel Gibson Enter No-Contest Plea?
Prosecutor declines to comment on reports that the actor plans to enter no-contest plea in domestic violence case involving ex-girlfriend.

Sources have told Sherman Oaks Patch that actor Mel Gibson has reached a plea deal with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in a domestic violence case involving Sherman Oaks resident Oksana Grigorieva.
Sources close to the case say Gibson will plead no contest in court Friday to a charge of misdemeanor battery of Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend, who lives on Bobstone Drive in the Sherman Oaks hills. However, the District Attorney's Office declined to confirm that such a deal has been struck.
Sources claim Gibson will face no jail time, but may have to undergo counseling and possibly serve probation.
