46 Percent Say City Needs Some Legislation Limiting Chains

But, what kind of rules, specifically, would you like to see in downtown? A limit of chains with 25 or more stores? A limit just surrounding the Plaza? Or, with several vacant buildings on the Plaza, maybe any legislation limiting chains is too strong.
