Jenner Beach Double Murder Case: Suspect Now In Custody, Sheriff's Office Says
Sonoma County resident Shaun Gallon has been arrested for the 2004 double murder of Lindsay Cutshall and her fiancee, Jason Allen.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- A suspect has been arrested in the 2004 double murder of a young couple that was found slain on Fish Head Beach, a secluded location in the Sonoma County town of Jenner.
Shaun Gallon, 38, has been arrested for the murders and is currently in custody, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Sheriff's Office, the break in the case came two months ago, after Gallon was arrested for shooting and killing his younger brother, Shamus, with a rifle at their home in Forestville.

After his arrest, Shaun Gallon told police he had information on the killings of Lindsay Cutshall, 22, and her fiance, Jason Allen, 26, pictured above, who were on a three-day sightseeing trip when they were murdered by a rifle at close range.
