For a limited time, Stay With Us — On the House allows guests who reserve the ‘All That’ 12-course tasting menu and ‘Through the Decades’ wine pairing to enjoy a complimentary overnight stay at Dawn Ranch on Sunday or Monday evenings.
On New Year’s Eve, The Lodge will offer an intimate six-course tasting menu crafted by Chefs Ignacio Zuzulich and Juliana Thorpe, highlighting seasonal ingredients in dishes like yucca with oscietra caviar, polenta and white truffle, and the catch of the day with a black butter bouquet. Following dinner, guests are invited to stay for a night of dancing with live entertainment from Saint Rose Disco complete with a midnight toast and late night treats. Dinner reservations are available HERE for $205 per person (+ service charge and tax) with the option for an add-on wine pairing for $500 per person. Guests are also welcome to come for just the dance party for $35 + tax.
