What you’ll do
Explore
the rich inner world of images, symbols, and imagination through
SoulCollage and gentle expressive arts practices. Participants create
intuitive collage cards and engage with drawing and reflective writing
to meet the many voices within—personal, ancestral, instinctual, and
archetypal. Each session offers a quiet, creative space to illuminate
the inner landscape, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate new
possibilities. Come as you are—curious, open, and ready to discover
something new. Beginners welcome! Register for a single workshop or sign
up for all four and receive a discount.
Course Format and Weekly Outline:
January 7 – Thresholds and Beginnings
Theme: Entering the imaginal field.
Practices: Guided imagery; intuitive image selection; collage card-making; soft drawing; reflective
writing.
Outcome: Participants establish connection with the imaginal world and set intentions for the series.
January 14 – Mapping the Inner Landscape
Theme: Exploring the geography of the inner world.
Practices: Simple movement warm-up; watercolor or pastel map-making; SoulCollage card creation;
Journaling.
Outcome: Students identify inner terrains, voices, and influences that shape their current experience.
January 21 – Rivers of Emotion
Theme: Emotional flow and symbolic expression.
Practices: Breath and gentle movement; expressive ink lines; SoulCollage card centered on emotional
or instinctual imagery; writing.
Outcome: Participants gain insight into emotional patterns and the symbolic forms they take.
January 28 – Harvest of Becoming
Theme: Integration and emergence.
Practices:
Reviewing previous cards; creating a final SoulCollage card; visual
constellation or accordion book; group witnessing.
Outcome: Students integrate their month-long journey and articulate a personal emerging narrative.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop deeper self-awareness through imagery, collage, and reflective writing.
- Explore inner voices, archetypes, and symbolic stories using SoulCollage methods.
- Strengthen creativity, intuition, and emotional insight in a supportive environment.
