What you’ll do
This
workshop guides participants through an intuitive art process to help
access inner wisdom, shift perspective, and support holistic well-being.
Discover
the power of creativity as a path to personal transformation. In this
guided workshop, participants will engage in a sequential painting
process using intuitive techniques that gently reveal inner landscapes
and invite fresh perspectives. Each layer – intention setting, essence,
colors, symbols, and structure – becomes a meaningful step in
self-discovery and personal growth. No art experience needed – just a
willingness to be present and open. Through mindfulness and creative
expression, the class fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where
everyone is free to shine. Participants will leave with a personal
piece that continues to offer insight and encouragement. Let your canvas
tell the story your soul is ready to reveal.
All materials are provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own watercolor paints and brushes if they choose.
