A 2.0 magnitude quake was centered near Santa Rosa, USGS reports.

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.0 struck near Santa Rosa this morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The temblor was centered about 4 miles east of Santa Rosa at 10:50 a.m., according to the USGS.

The quake had a depth of about 6.8 miles, the USGS reported.
