Stranger in Car Tries to Get Teen, Victim Flees: Police
BREAKING: The suspect's vehicle is described as possibly a 1990's Champagne colored Honda 4 door sedan.

NORTH BAY, CA -- Police are searching for a man who tried to get a teenager who didn't know him into his vehicle.
Just before 6 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 17, a Hispanic male in 40s or 50s pulled alongside a 13-year-old walking through the parking lot of the River Plaza Shopping Center in Petaluma and told the victim to "get in" the vehicle, according to authorities.
The victim fled the area on foot and notified police.

The suspect left the area in a vehicle that the victim described as possibly a 1990s Champagne colored Honda 4-door sedan.
Police searched the area for the vehicle and were unable to locate it.
