Multiple Earthquakes Rattle Northern California

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Multiple earthquakes were recorded Saturday morning in the North Bay.
A 4.3 magnitude earthquake rattled Sonoma County, followed by two smaller quakes nearby in Lake County, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The first quake struck at 7:30 a.m. about a half-mile east-southeast of The Geysers in Sonoma County, according to the USGS.

Residents reported feeling the quake across the North Bay, including in Calistoga, Healdsburg, Napa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa, according to the USGS's "Did You Feel It?" map.
A 3.9 magnitude and 2.5 magnitude earthquake also struck around the same time in the area.
