New Business: Staples, Bank of Marin Open Their Doors

Bank of Marin officially opened its 3,000-square-foot new office, located at 136 W. Napa Street, yesterday.  Construction of Bank of Marin’s new 3,000 square foot branch was completed by Jenkins Construction, a long-standing Sonoma-based business.

The Bank will host an open house at the new office from Tuesday, October 11 through Friday, October 14 to welcome customers and the community. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and Chamber Mixer will be held on October 13 from 5:00-7:00 pm with the Sonoma Chamber of Commerce and local officials.

Meanwhile, Sonoma's hotly anticipated Staples opened Saturday, to relatively little fanfare. The store will host a 'grand opening' ceremony later this week.

It will be open late: Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sat., 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sun., 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
