Oh, the places you will go.

The sentiment is especially fresh this time of year, as seniors get ready to graduate later this evening.

Many seniors have already worked out their college plans, some sticking close and some traveling far to continue their education next year.

Not surprisingly, California schools drew the most SVHS students, with Sonoma State University (32) and Santa Rosa Junior College (18) drawing the most graduates. A number will be crossing the Golden Gate Bridge to attend San Francisco State University (6) and the Richmond Bridge for UC Berkeley (2).

Not that all grads are staying close: You can find SVHS alums in Washington D.C., Mississippi, Philadelphia and Connecticut, attending places like Georgetown, Ole Miss, the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University (Alex Conner – Go Bulldogs!)

Two students are going further, putting off college for a gap-year, one in Taiwan and one in Latin America.

Check out our map, where we've plotted out the places lucky enough to have SVHS grads gracing their campuses next year. Still haven't decided? Change your plans? Tell us what you're doing – jobs, travel, hanging with mom & dad, whatever – by clicking 'Add' on our map.
