The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Services.
The Sonoma County Department of Health Services invites you to respond to a RFP for Mental Health Block Grant (MHBG) First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Services to provide services to individuals who are experiencing, or have experienced, a first episode of psychosis. The goal of FEP treatment is to intervene as early as possible in order to prevent the development of illness related deficits or treatment-related side effects for individuals who have recently developed a psychotic disorder, or who are at high risk for a psychotic disorder and are experiencing possible prodromal symptoms. Proposals should support an FEP program design that includes early intervention, CSC and a team-based approach. Component interventions may include intensive case management, individual psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, group psychotherapy, supported employment, education services, family education and support, and medication management.
