DUI: At 12:35 a.m. workers at the watched a man stagger towards a blue Toyota Camery, get into it and drive off eastbound on West Napa. They called police to intercept the apparently intoxicated man; officers only found him when he returned to the El Pueblo Inn, and drove into a parked car in the parking lot, and backed up, nearly grazing a police car. (He had gone to 7-11, he told officers, to get some food.) The driver, Dwayne Winslow, refused to get out of the vehicle until officers pulled him out and handcuffed him. Winslow, a 32-year-old Boyes Hot Springs resident, blew a .19 and a .21 on a breath test. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest. He was arrested and booked into Sonoma County Jail.
Child Endangerment: Sonoma Police responded to a call from the friend of an 11-year-old girl: the girl had locked herself into a bathroom during an argument with her mother, she texted her friend for help; her mother called the police. The girl answered the door for officers; her mother was passed out on her bed. The girl told officers that this is habitual behavior for her mother, who struggles with alcohol. Officers arrested her mother for child endangerment; the child was taken to the Valley of the Moon Children's Center for protective services placement.

Warrant Attempt: At 10:30 p.m. officers stopped a women who was driving 41 mph in a 30 mph zone on Fourth Street West at West Macarthur. The driver, Kimberley Albers, a 41-year-old Sonoma resident, had a suspended drivers' license. They searched her and her car and found two bags of methamphetamine – a total weight of 1.6 grams – 48.6 grams of marijuana. They also found a box of 25 whip-its and a cracker, a device used to open whip cream canisters to inhale nitrous oxide. Albers was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Nitrous Oxide, and driving on a suspended license. She was booked into Sonoma County Jail.

Burglary: Someone cut a lock off of a roll-up door to a storage unit owned by the . Despite the fact that the unit is used to store bikes and do repairs, nothing appears missing.
Stolen Bike: An orange, specialized, 24-speed bike, valued at $100, was stolen from the . An 18-year-old boy rode the bike, which belonged to his dad, to the store and leaned up against an interior wall while he ran in for five-minutes. When he returned, it was gone.
Grand Theft: A Direct TV box went missing from the while they were changing their TV boxes.

Suspicious Person: A man was issued a citation for walking a dog in the Plaza.
Drinking under age: Two kids were issued a citation for possessing alcohol during the Tuesday night farmers market.
