Man Killed in Willowbrook Area, Near Lynwood
The shooting took place in the unincorporated area of Willowbrook.
LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A man was fatally shot early today in an unincorporated area adjoining Watts, authorities said.
The shooting in the 2400 block of East 115th Street was reported at 2:48
a.m., said Deputy Irys Alvarez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
The victim was found in a back yard with multiple gunshot wounds in his upper body. It was not clear if he lived at the location, which is in a section of unincorporated Willowbrook wedged between Watts and Lynwood.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, Alvarez said.
Homicide detectives were dispatched to the scene to investigate the slaying.
