How Green is South Pas Compared to the Rest of the San Gabriel Valley?

South Pasadena's leading achievements as a green city are its three hybrids, its  natural gas Honda vehicle cars and an employee bike share program, according to a Pasadena Star-News interview with the South Pasadena officials.

The article details various biking plans, hybrid fleets and more green initiatives that are being taken in the San Gabriel Valley.

It also briefly mentions South Pasadena's bike plan, but does not go into details of the plan, which includes 24.1 miles of bikeways, including a striped green dedicated bike lane on Mission Street and increased bike parking.
