Officer Tony Abdalla Calls Sandoval Death 'Huge Loss'

The flag hung at half staff and  was closed Tuesday afternoon in honor of Officer Kevin Sandoval, 23, who died after collapsing at a shooting range.

Operations Watch Commander Sgt. Tony Abdalla from the South Pasadena Police Department held a brief press conference around 6:30 p.m to speak about Sandoval.
